Stacker refers to a variety of wheeled handling vehicles for loading and unloading, stacking, stacking and short-distance transportation of pallet goods. The International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC110 is called industrial vehicle. The stacker truck has the advantages of simple structure, flexible operation, good micromobility and high explosion-proof safety performance. Suitable for operations in narrow channels and limited space, it is an ideal equipment for pallet loading and unloading in elevated warehouses and workshops. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, military, paint, pigment, coal and other industries, as well as places containing explosive mixtures such as freight yards and warehouses, and can enter the cabin, carriages and containers for the loading and unloading of pallets, stacking and handling operations. It can greatly improve work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and win the opportunity for enterprises to compete in the market.
Check the working condition of the brake and pump station before driving the truck, and ensure that the battery is fully charged. Hold the control handle with both hands, force the vehicle slowly to the hand brake brake or foot brake, so that the vehicle stops working goods, if you want to stop
Unload (1) with the fork low and vertical to the shelf carefully approach the shelf and insert into the bottom of the pallet. (2) Back the stacker to allow the fork to move the pallet. (3) Raise the pallet to the required height and slowly move to the pallet to be unloaded. At the same time, ensure that the pallet is easily accessible and the goods are in a safe position with the pallet. (4) Lift the pallet until the pallet is lifted from the shelf. (5) Slowly back up in the aisle. (6) Lower the cargo slowly and ensure that the pallet is not in contact with obstacles during lowering. Note: Steering and braking operations must be slow and careful during lifting.
Stacking (1) Keep the goods low and carefully close to the shelf (2) Lift the goods above the shelf plane (3) Move slowly forward, stop when the goods are above the shelf, lower the pallet at this point and take care that the fork does not exert force on the shelf under the goods. Make sure the goods are in a safe position (4) slow back and make sure the pallet is in a secure position (5) Lower the fork to a position where the stacker can travel
Safety facilities (1) Main switch: power main switch (2) Foot brake: reliable parking brake (3) Throttle valve: control descent speed (4) pressure limiting valve: control load (5) Protective net: protect the driver
It is forbidden to operate semi-electric stacker after drinking
Overload and uneven or flat stacking of goods are prohibited
Straddle operation is prohibited
Do not park on ramps or steps
