How to apply for the Human Management examination?

Human management refers to the rational distribution of human resources in a planned way according to the requirements of the enterprise development strategy, mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees, giving play to the potential of employees, inventing value for the enterprise, and ensuring that the strategic objectives of the enterprise can be realized. Enterprises use modern management methods to plan, organize, guide, control and coordinate a series of activities on the acquisition, development, maintenance and utilization of human resources, and finally achieve a kind of management behavior to achieve the development goals of enterprises.

The first examination time is generally in May and November each year, a total of two times, through the national unified examination. After passing the examination, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will issue the professional qualification certificate of enterprise human resource management personnel.

There are generally four levels in the human management exam. 1. National professional qualification Level 1 - Senior Human Manager 2. National Professional Qualification Level 2 - Human Manager 3. National professional qualification Level 3 - Assistant Human manager 4. National professional Qualification Level 4 - Enterprise human manager

National professional qualification Level I - Senior human manager obtained the secondary enterprise human manager professional qualification certificate, engaged in the occupation for more than 3 years, through the formal training of senior enterprise human manager to meet the required standard number of hours, and obtained the completion (completion) of the certificate. Have a doctor's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in the occupation for more than 3 years, through the formal training of senior enterprise human resources manager to achieve the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate. Have a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in the occupation for more than 6 years, through the formal training of senior enterprise human resources manager to achieve the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate. Have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in the occupation for more than 9 years, through the formal training of senior enterprise human resources manager to achieve the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

National professional qualification Level 2 - human manager has been engaged in this occupation for more than 13 years. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level enterprise human resource manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level enterprise human manager, he/she has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years, and has reached the prescribed standard number of class hours through the formal training of the second-level enterprise human manager, and has obtained the completion certificate. After obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate, have been engaged in the occupation for more than 5 years. Have a bachelor's degree certificate, obtained the professional qualification certificate of the third-level enterprise human resource manager, engaged in the occupation for more than 4 years. Have a bachelor's degree certificate, after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level enterprise human manager, continuously engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years, through the formal training of the second-level enterprise human manager to achieve the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtained the completion certificate. After obtaining a master's degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

National professional qualification Level 3 - Assistant human manager has been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource Manager of the fourth level enterprise, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional level 4 enterprise human manager, continuously engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years, through the formal training of the professional level 3 enterprise human manager to reach the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtained the completion certificate. After obtaining a college diploma, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously. After obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than 1 year. After obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate, through the professional third-level enterprise human resources manager formal training to reach the required standard number of hours, and obtain the completion certificate. Master degree or above.

National professional qualification Level 4 - Enterprise human manager has a college degree (including equivalent education), continuously engaged in the occupation of more than 1 year, through the professional human manager formal training to meet the required standard number of hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate. College degree (including equivalent), continuously engaged in the occupation of work. Have a high school or secondary school education, continuously engaged in the occupation of more than 4 years, through the professional human manager formal training to meet the standard number of hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate. Have a high school or secondary school education, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than 5 years.
