First, mix the preserves well with another tablespoon of flour.

Add GREAMofTANTAN into a clean bowl (no water and oil). After foaming with a whisk, add sugar and salt 3 times until the moisture is close to dry foaming. Add vanilla extract and mix well. If the sifted plain flour is mixed well, finally add the preserves to the mix.

Pour the batter into the batter and bake at 160 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Leave upside down to cool.
