An excel file is often composed of several parts, we need to keep switching in different parts of excel, so it is more troublesome, can we make a menu, where you need to click where, click where to jump to where? Let's keep looking down.
First, we open a table of more than a thousand lines, which is difficult to browse. We're going to create a menu for this table. Due to privacy concerns, the personal information on this form has been deleted. Let's analyze this table, which is mainly a list of students from several colleges, so we can compile the menu according to colleges. If we click on School of Science, we should be able to jump to the School of Science line.
Let's go back to the top of the table and enter the names of the colleges below in column J.
Select these houses, then right-click on them, and select Set Cell Format from the right-click menu.
In Cell Format, we click Borders to switch to the Borders Panel, in the Borders Face version, we select outer borders, and Bold lines, and click OK.
We added a border to our catalog, which is beautiful and convenient.
Then create a hyperlink for the School of Political Science and Law, the method is, we right-click the school of Political Science and Law, and then choose hyperlink from the pop-up right-click menu.
In the hyperlink property, we click "Location of this document" and then enter A1 in the "Please enter a cell reference" field, which is cell A1. This means that the hyperlink points to A1, but when you click on the hyperlink, it will automatically jump to A1. We chose A1 because "School of Political Science and Law" was at the top of the list, and A1 was the first student address of the school of Political Science and Law.
In order to find the address of the first student of the Marxist Education Institute, the address is A93, which is to add an A before the line.
Go back to the menu, right-click the Marxist Academy cell, and select Hyperlink.
The method is the same as in step 7, enter the A93 you just read and click OK.
Establish hyperlinks to the Faculty of Education and other faculties in the same way.
After creating a hyperlink to all the schools in the menu, we need to create a hyperlink back to the menu for this document. Right-click in the blank column of the table, and select Hyperlink from the menu that pops up.
In the hyperlink editor that pops up, fill in the text you want to display: Go back to Table of Contents. The cell reference is: A1. Once it's filled out, we click OK. Why fill A1 in this address? Because our menu is placed at the top of the document.
This page is based on experience
So this is the final product, we see click back to the table of contents and we can go back to this menu, click on the menu to go anywhere you want to go.
