Connection of SF6 density relay calibrator

The SF6 density relay calibrator is a kind of intelligent automatic SF6 density relay calibration instrument. The instrument adopts single-cycle instruction microcomputer technology, the running speed is 10 times that of ordinary single chip microcomputer. It can verify the SF6 density relay with pointer contact output and intelligent current output on the spot, and capture the action of density relay in real time by interrupt mode, so the measurement of the instrument is more accurate and timely.

Methods/Steps

Ensure that the control power supply of the density relay is disconnected and that the density relay can be verified when there is no external power supply.

The lock, alarm and overpressure output of the density relay are connected with the calibrator. The three crocodile clips with 'green, red and yellow' written on the seven-core plug of the calibrator are respectively connected with a terminal corresponding to the output of 'contact 1, contact 2 and contact 3' of the density meter to be measured (connect the output if there is otherwise no need). The three 'black' crocodile clips are connected to another terminal corresponding to the output of the 'contact one, contact two and contact three' of the density meter to be measured (if the output is connected, otherwise do not use it).

The 4 ~ 20mA output of the density relay is connected to the calibrator. The 4 ~ 20mA input signal "red" crocodile clip on the four-pin plug of the calibrator is connected to the positive end of the corresponding output end of the 4 ~ 20mA of the density meter to be measured (if the output is connected, otherwise it is not needed). Connect the "black" crocodile clip to the negative end of the corresponding output of the 4 ~ 20mA of the density meter to be measured (if the output is connected, otherwise do not use it).

The gas cylinder is connected to the air inlet of the instrument with the special air path provided by the instrument. Then connect the calibrated SF6 density relay to the 'measuring port' on the instrument.

Matters needing attention
1

1. Before use, check whether the built-in power supply is undervoltage, such as undervoltage should be charged in time. After the power supply is connected, the "power supply" and "charge" indicator light on the meter panel will be lit, and the charging indicator light will be extinguished after the battery is full.

2. Before verifying, verify that the calibrated table is connected without power supply.

3. This instrument is a precision instrument, and strong vibration should be avoided during use and transportation.

4. The self-calibration function of the instrument is designed to facilitate the use of pilot test personnel or professional adjustment personnel of the user unit, such as non-professional personnel using this function will affect the accuracy of the instrument.
