Materials required for Black forest cake: 1 chocolate cake (6 inches), wine sugar liquid (25ML water, 18g sugar, 10ML Kirkiri), whipped cream filling, whipped cream (used to wipe the surface of the entire cake), wine cherry (do filling, I do not have, is the use of imported cherries + kirkiri bubble, good love, 10 to 27 yuan). --------- (The recipe and method come from vegetable worm, with some modifications! Recipe: Bring water to boil, add sugar until melted, cool completely and add kirsch.

Whipped cream filling ingredients: 50g custard sauce, 10ml Kirsch, 150g whipped cream (150ml Nestle whipped cream + 15g sugar +3 drops vanilla oil, whip until 7 to serve)

For the whipped cream filling: Mix the custard sauce with kirsch, mix half of the whipped cream well, then add the remaining whipped cream and refrigerate until ready.

Custard sauce ingredients: Custard powder 10g, sugar 20g, cake powder 15g, milk 130g

Custard sauce: Add custard powder into milk and stir well, add sugar and stir well, add cake powder and stir well with low heat until thick.

Divide the chocolate cake into 3 pieces and secure them with a toothpick.

Use the knife to make a cross cut between the toothpick and the toothpick, so that the line can be placed in the line cutting.
